I've been monitoring the temperatures of my Intel i5 14600K while gaming, and I'm seeing readings around 70 to 80 degrees Celsius, sometimes even hitting 85 degrees. I'm currently using a Be Quiet! Pure Rock Slim 2 cooler and have set the lite load at 3, with enhanced turbo turned off. Are these temperatures too high, or is this normal?

I think your issue lies with the cooler. The Pure Rock Slim 2 is a single fan air cooler, which might not be enough for your CPU. If you're looking for better cooling, I'd suggest upgrading to a dual fan air cooler or even going for an AIO if your case allows for it.
85 degrees is actually okay for this chip; it's designed to handle temps up to 100. Just make sure everything is working properly and you should be fine.
Honestly, 85C isn't bad at all, especially for gaming. The Pure Rock Slim 2 isn’t the best cooler, but if you're okay with the noise, just enjoy your PC without stressing too much about the numbers.
While those temps aren't alarming, have you considered undervolting? This CPU tends to respond well to undervolting and could help lower your temps.
