I subscribed to O'Reilly during a sale last year, but now I've noticed a big price increase, and it looks like their regular pricing. Does anyone know if they plan to have any sales or discount codes running through October this year?

When my subscription expired, they offered me 50% off to come back. This happened a couple of years ago, so it's worth noting!
If they don't have a sale in October, keep an eye out for Black Friday—that's usually when they have great deals!
