Audio Devices Vanished After Windows 11 Reinstall – What to Do?

I recently did a clean reinstall of Windows 11 and initially had sound and audio devices working perfectly. However, after installing all the updates, the audio devices completely disappeared. I even checked in device manager and services, but I can't find anything related to Realtek, which I've seen others mention. I've done this reinstall three times now, and the same issue keeps happening. Has anyone experienced this or have any tips to resolve it?

It sounds like you might need to install the right drivers for your audio device. Windows updates usually handle a lot of this automatically, but it’s often better to download the drivers directly from the manufacturer’s website. Sometimes that can resolve issues like yours.

My laptop's brand isn’t that well-known, so I’m not sure if the drivers from their site will work. If I do find a driver, do I just download the file directly from there?
