Hey everyone, I submitted a request for production access to AWS SES on July 14 (Case ID: 175169550300552), and it's been stuck on "Pending customer action" for days. I've already provided all necessary information. My domain is verified with SPF/DKIM, SNS is set up, and we're compliant with CAN-SPAM and GDPR. I'm really in a bind as this delay is affecting important transactional emails that we need to send out. Has anyone else experienced similar delays? Is there any way to escalate this?
