I am trying to print out some content from a website and when I try to do it, the background color is set to white. I have tried to restart the computer and make sure the CSS etc is working correctly and everything looks good. Even in the HTML window that pops up for the printing, I can see the background color for the div is showing but when the preview window for the print comes in Firefox, the background colours is white for everything. How are you supposed to fix this?

This is an option that is usually enabled on most browsers to save ink. If you want to print a web page, there may not be a need to use all of the color backgrounds and such in order to get what you want. There is a simple setting that you can change in order to view the color. If you scroll down through the options on the right sidebar when printing, you will an option called "more settings" with a downward pointing arrow next to it. Click this and it will give you loads of additional printing options. Search for "print backgrounds" and you will see this box is unchecked. Check it and you will see the color appear immediately in the background of the print preview window. Check out the image below to see what the option looks like and where to find it in the Firefox print preview window.

There will be an option in the sidebar that will allow you to enable background color printing in firefox.
