I'm in the market for a good 1080p monitor in 2025 and have some specific requirements. I'm looking for a 24-inch size with a refresh rate of 144Hz or higher. It should have good viewing angles, minimal ghosting or tearing, and the ability to adjust the height vertically. I was considering the ASUS TUF Gaming VG249QL3A, but I've come across quite a bit of negative feedback about it. My budget is around 150 to 200 euros. Any suggestions?

A dedicated 24-inch 1080p monitor is rare these days. You didn't specify resolution, but I highly recommend considering a 27-inch LG OLED 1440p monitor if you're okay with size. It delivers fantastic color accuracy and response time, which is great for gaming!
You might want to check out the Philips 27M2C5200W. It's a 27-inch curved gaming monitor that offers decent specs for gaming, but I know some folks aren't into curved screens. It might be outside your size preference, but it could still be worth considering if you're flexible on that.
Curved monitors aren't my thing either, but it does look good for gaming if you're open to it.
Just a heads-up, with your budget you might be limited to LCD monitors. Unfortunately, they struggle with ghosting, so if you're looking for something that perfectly meets all your criteria, you might have to bump up your budget for an OLED monitor, but they're typically more expensive and not found in 24-inch 1080p options.

If you plan on using this as a secondary monitor alongside a larger one, that might be a good option to explore!
