I'm putting together my first PC and scored an RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB RAM on sale! I've got an MSI B850 Gaming Plus WIFI motherboard and an AIO cooler ready to go. I'm looking specifically for AM5 CPU recommendations because I've seen the Ryzen 7 7800X3D suggested, but it's getting pretty pricey. Since my work requires at least a Ryzen 7, I'd love to hear about alternatives that will perform well without major bottlenecks. Any advice would be really appreciated!

What exactly do you need a Ryzen 7 for? If it’s related to software, the Ryzen 9600X or 9700X are solid options to consider along with your GPU. They perform well without breaking the bank!
I need the Ryzen 7 specs mainly because of the software I use, especially due to the number of cores. My old laptop struggled with things like AutoCAD, so I want a CPU that can last. Thanks for the suggestions!
