I'm looking to finish up my PC build and the last component I need is RAM. Right now, the prices for DDR5 2x32GB 6000MHz modules are pretty steep, ranging from $300 to $550. I'm aware that they may not be the best deal due to current pricing, so I'm curious if anyone has any good recommendations or insights, especially regarding the CAS latency specifications as I'm not very familiar with them.

For the AM5 platform, the sweet spot right now is around 6000MHz CL30. If you're going for Intel, you can look at 7200MHz with CL36 or CL34. Just keep in mind that the prices can be pretty high for the best options.
It all depends on your CPU. If you have an X3D CPU, CL36 RAM should work fine and it's typically cheaper too!
Hey, do you really need 64GB? Most games won't utilize more than 32GB, so you might want to consider that before buying.

Yeah, unfortunately, 6000MHz CL30 is super pricey right now, haha.
