Definitely the 9070 XT! It offers great value for the performance you get, plus AMD's software is way better. For around $650, it's almost just as good as the 5070 Ti, but at a lower price.
I’d suggest going for the 5070 Ti if you can find it around $750. It's one of the best in terms of price-to-performance this generation. I've got a 5070 non-Ti, and it's done me well! A few people have even spotted them at that price on sites like eBay.
I've heard the RX 9070 is cheaper and has more VRAM, but not sure how they compare performance-wise.
