I built my PC back in 2019 and haven't done any upgrades since then. It's been a solid build, great for video editing, digital art, and gaming, but I sometimes face performance issues when multitasking, especially with a stream or show on my second monitor. Is that a smart investment, or do you have other recommendations?

A 650W PSU might struggle with a 3080, so keep that in mind. You'd be better off looking at the 5060ti 16GB, which is slightly less powerful but should work well with your PSU, or the 5070, which I think your PSU can handle without issues.
Any of the 3000 series GPUs would make a good upgrade, especially if you find one at a decent price. Given that you do a lot of video editing and other demanding tasks, the 3080 or better would really serve you well. Your CPU is still decent but may be on the low end for modern gaming standards.
