Hey everyone! I'm looking to switch to Linux for better performance on my weak PC. I primarily use it for gaming and I'm just starting out with Linux, but I'm open to learning. Here are my specs: i3 3240, 12 GB of RAM, and no dedicated video card. What Linux distribution would you recommend for someone like me?

If you're feeling adventurous, you could go for Arch. Sure, it’s a bit more challenging, but once you get the hang of it, it can be very rewarding. Just think of it as a learning experience!
Linux Mint XFCE might be a great fit. I have similar specs, and it handles light editing and web browsing perfectly. It’s not taxing on resources at all!
