Best Linux Distros for an Old Laptop?

Hey everyone! I've been shifting more towards Linux lately, using Mint and Zorin on external hard drives, and everything's been great. Now, I have an old laptop that I want to run Linux on exclusively since I no longer need Windows. I'm curious which distribution you all would recommend for it—should I stick with Mint or Zorin, or are there better options out there? Thanks in advance!

It really depends on your laptop's specifications. Some distros are heavier than others, so knowing what you've got can help a lot.

For very old laptops, I'd suggest trying out MX Linux—it's fantastic for those. If the laptop is really ancient, antiX is even lighter. If you're adventurous, you could also look into Void Linux with XFCE or i3wm for a lightweight experience.

Never heard of that one, but I’ll check it out! Thanks!
