I just got my hands on a Ryzen 7800X3D for a great price of £180! I'm setting it up with a B650i Night Devil mini ATX motherboard to fit into my NR200 case. I'm looking for recommendations on low profile coolers that would be compatible with this setup. Are there any specific compatibility issues I should be aware of regarding the motherboard or the cooler? Thanks in advance!

I wouldn't recommend going for a low profile cooler if you're aiming to keep the 7800X3D cool. It can get pretty hot even under load; my setup with a 280mm AIO regularly hits 80°C, so a low profile might struggle. The NR200 supports bigger air coolers and AIOs, which would definitely be better for thermal performance.
What about using that Thermalright tower? Do you think it would manage the temperatures well?
I have to disagree a bit here. The 7800X3D is quite power efficient and designed to be easier to cool; the boost clocks are lower compared to the regular 7700X, which helps. There are videos showcasing its cooling abilities, like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lgiBcD7bBaw. If you're careful with your cooler choice, a low profile might work better than expected!

That's a solid point. I've seen some Fractal Terra builds using the ID-COOLING IS-67, and they seem to handle the heat alright. The Thermalright AXP120-X67 might also do the trick since it has good heat pipes.
