Best Meeting Room Setup for Switching Between Teams and Zoom

I'm looking for suggestions on hardware for a small meeting room that allows users to easily switch between Microsoft Teams and Zoom. We currently use a Poly G7500, E70, and TC10 setup in our main conference room, mostly for Teams. However, in our smaller private offices that need to host both Teams and Zoom meetings, the Poly system is not ideal since it requires a full reboot and an operating system selection done by IT every time we want to switch. I've seen the Yealink MeetingBar A10, which is an all-in-one system, but it requires a factory reset to switch between platforms! A conventional PC or NUC isn't a great choice either due to necessary updates and company policies regarding security. Does anyone know of a purpose-built solution for this scenario?

We've had success with Yealink for Teams Rooms. It's a solid setup that displays the meeting room's calendar on the screen, which has made scheduling easier for us!

The Logitech Rally Bar can support Teams, Webex, and Zoom if you enable third-party access in the Teams console. It's pretty versatile!

Logitech Rally kits are a great option. They support both Teams and Zoom, but keep in mind that the system usually prefers one over the other. For example, the Teams version integrates with Exchange calendars and makes joining Teams meetings super easy, while Zoom requires you to enter a meeting ID manually.

You might want to check out Conferfly! It could offer what you're looking for.

While I haven't seen a complete setup that allows seamless switching, our Teams Room can join Zoom calls as third-party meetings using invites or codes. It's not perfect, but once you get the hang of it, it’s manageable!

Consider using a PC with peripherals like a display, webcam, mic, and speakers. This setup allows you to log in and use any meeting app, not just Zoom and Teams—which could give you the flexibility you need!
