I'm planning to use dual monitors for my setup. My main monitor runs at 100 Hz and is connected via HDMI to my GPU. I'm about to get a second monitor that will have a refresh rate between 60 and 75 Hz, and the only port left for it is DisplayPort. Should I connect the DisplayPort to my main monitor or the second one? I'm not too knowledgeable about this stuff, so I'd appreciate some advice!

You'll want to connect your main monitor (the 100 Hz one) to the DisplayPort and the second monitor to HDMI. That way, you get the best quality and refresh rate for your main display. Don't forget, you can also set one of the monitors as your primary by right-clicking on the desktop and selecting 'Display Options'!
It's generally better to have your primary monitor on DisplayPort since it provides more bandwidth. Plus, DisplayPort can handle multiple monitors from a single connection, should you ever want to expand your setup!
Thanks for the tip! So, it's a better long-term investment to stick with DisplayPort then?
