Hey everyone! I'm about to build a new gaming PC, and I've got some nice parts lined up: a Gainward Phantom 5090, AMD 9800x3D, Asus TUF B850E mainboard, Samsung 990 Pro 2TB SSD, G.Skill Trident Neo Z5 6000Mhz CL30 RAM, and an Asus TUF 1200W 80+ Gold PSU, along with a Deepcool AK620 Digital Pro CPU cooler. Most of this was recommended to me by Grok since some components are hard to find in Türkiye.
I'm planning to install Windows 11 Pro on it right away, but I hit a snag: my local shop is slow, and the 5090 won't arrive for a week or two. I was wondering if it's okay to build the PC and use my current 3080Ti in the meantime. Is it going to mess with drivers when I switch from the 3080Ti to the 5090 since they're both NVIDIA cards?

Absolutely! You can worry less about compatibility since you’re using two NVIDIA cards. Just do a clean installation of the 5090 drivers when it arrives, and you should be good to go! By the way, what features of Windows 11 Pro do you plan to use?
It's perfectly fine to use your 3080Ti while waiting for the 5090. Just make sure to uninstall the drivers for the 3080Ti before you switch to the 5090; that should prevent any driver issues. Plus, since they’re both NVIDIA cards, they generally use the same drivers!

Mainly the enhanced gaming features and some productivity tools. Just curious if I really need Pro!
