I'm currently using a Dell WD19 docking station, which has two DisplayPorts and one HDMI port. I'm already set up with two monitors connected via the DisplayPorts, but I want to add a third monitor using the HDMI port. My question is, how can I configure this docking station to support a four monitor display setup?

Keep in mind that your GPU needs to support four simultaneous displays. I have a setup where my laptop can handle four monitors, but a friend with an older model could only manage three.

Just to clarify, a 1 to 2 HDMI splitter should work for you, like this one I found. It allows you to duplicate the HDMI signal for your monitors.

Absolutely! You can use appropriate adapter cables to connect your additional monitors. Just make sure to stick with the original HDMI for any monitor that requires speakers, as you'll only need one connection for audio.

It really depends on the hardware. I use a Dell WD19S with a Startech USB32DP4K adapter and I've got four external monitors plus my laptop screen fighting for space!
