Can I Control Fan Speed for Fans Connected Directly to My PSU?

I'm wondering if there's a way to control the speed of case fans that I have connected directly to my power supply unit (PSU). I can't hook them up to my motherboard. After installing two new fans, they ended up being super loud. Is there any device or hub available that would let me adjust the fan speeds for those connected to the PSU? Thanks!

A fan hub usually pulls power from the motherboard, which shouldn’t conflict with anything as long as you don’t overload it. But that’s a good point—just check your motherboard’s specs to be safe and ensure it can handle it.

You might want to look into getting a fan hub that allows fan speed control. It would plug into the motherboard, which means you'd control the fans from there. Keep in mind that if your fans are plugged directly into the PSU, they'll just run at full speed all the time. Some older cases had built-in fan controllers; that might be another option if you can find one that fits your setup!
