I was browsing Reddit on my iPhone, looking at pictures, and suddenly an NSFW video popped up. Now I'm really worried that I might have accidentally gotten a virus. I didn't click on anything or go anywhere else, just stayed in the Reddit app. Am I overreacting since it was a video of real people?

While it’s technically possible to get a virus, in your case it's impossible. Just by watching a video on Reddit, you’re not at risk, especially since you didn’t follow any links.
You’re pretty safe! Viruses on iPhones are super rare, especially just from watching videos. Unless you clicked a suspicious link or downloaded something, your phone is likely fine.
