Can I Learn C++ Just by Watching Videos?

I'm planning to learn C++ before college, but my schedule is pretty tight. I usually have about 45 minutes on my commute where I could watch an online course, specifically "Beginning C++ Programming - From Beginner to Beyond" on Udemy. During weekends, I'll have some time to practice, but I'm mainly wondering if just watching the videos is enough for me to remember everything and become proficient. Also, are there any mobile compiler apps or resources for practicing? I've heard about Python and Java; how do they compare?

It’s important to put what you've learned into practice! Watching tutorials can only take you so far. Try to write code as you learn instead of just following along on screen. That's where the real learning happens!
