I recently bought a prebuilt PC that didn't come with a GPU, so I wanted to use my own. The problem is that the power supply has one 12VHPWR connector and two 8-pin PCI connectors, while the GPU requires three 8-pin connectors. I've only plugged in two of them, and while the RGB lights on the GPU are on and the fans are running, there's no display output. There's also a white LED on the third unconnected pin. Is the lack of the third connector causing the no display issue, or should I look for other problems? From what I've read, using two out of three connectors usually works fine.

Appreciate the detailed explanation! However, I'll need to know which prebuilt system you bought and the specific GPU model you intend to use. It’s important to ensure your power supply can handle your GPU—650W might be tight depending on your entire setup. If you’re using the Gigabyte 9070XT, that might lead to issues, especially if your PSU isn't up to the task!
It sounds like you're having a bit of a power issue. You should consider getting a high-quality 12VHPWR to 8-pin connector adapter to connect to your PSU. That way, you'll be using the full power the GPU needs! It might help with that display issue too. You can usually find them online, just make sure it's compatible with your setup!
I'm having a hard time finding one where I live in France. Any suggestions on where to buy it?

The PSU I have is 650W, but I'm hoping to undervolt the GPU to make it work. Just to clarify, it’s the Gigabyte 9070XT Gaming OC. The prebuilt system was from a local assembler, so I can’t link it anymore as it was a limited-time offer.
