Can I Use RAM Modules with Different Firmware Versions Together?

Hey folks! I have four Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3200MHz RAM sticks, each 8GB. Two of them are firmware version 3.31 and the other two are version 8.31, which I got later to upgrade to a total of 32GB. I'm wondering if these modules can work together without issues and if using XMP will remain stable. Thanks for your help! (By the way, English isn't my first language, so I hope my question makes sense.)

The firmware 3.31 uses memory from Micron, while 8.31 uses memory from Nanya. Mixing RAM from different manufacturers can be a bit tricky—it may work, or it may not. Just a heads up!

At 3200MHz, there's a good chance they'll work together. Usually, mixing RAM can be fine, but you might face some instability at higher speeds. It’s worth giving it a shot!

It's likely that XMP won't work smoothly with those different firmware versions. Mixing and matching RAM sticks can lead to problems unless you're fine with running them at the default JEDEC speed.
