Hey everyone! I'm working on a project where I'm currently using Resend for sending transactional emails. However, I'm facing a challenge when it comes to handling conversational emails with customers. Is there a way to set this up using Resend? If that's not an option, I might consider building a solution on top of Resend since I'd prefer not to switch to another provider.

Are you referring to conversational emails like marketing ones? Resend does support that, right? But if not, you might want to look into using a budget-friendly email service like MailerLite or Mailchimp. MailerLite even has MailerSend for sending transactional emails too. If you mean support email threads, I recommend something like Help Scout. There are plenty of options out there!
By conversational, I mean support emails, yes. I really don’t want to deal with another service since I'm already paying for Resend. It would be great if I could use it for everything!
