I'm using my work laptop connected to my home Wi-Fi and it has a VPN on. I'm curious, if I'm using the work laptop like this, can my employer see the browsing history from other devices that are also connected to the same Wi-Fi network?

No, generally your employer shouldn't be able to see the browsing activity on other devices connected to the same Wi-Fi. They can only monitor what's happening on the work laptop itself.
It really depends on the type of VPN and the setup you have. Usually, they can see everything that happens on the work laptop, but they typically can’t snoop on your other devices. They could technically identify those devices, but not what you're actually doing on them.
Yeah, I agree! The work laptop is a different story, but your personal devices should remain off their radar.
