I have a ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop that's become home to a few queen ants and their colonies. I've noticed there are fewer ants now, but there are still some left. I need to get it properly cleaned, but I'm not sure if repair shops would be willing to help with this ant situation. Has anyone dealt with this?

You should definitely consult with a repair shop directly about this. If they agree to help, be prepared for a higher labor cost since it's a unique situation. Some shops might refuse altogether due to the possibility of more infestations.
Stop eating and working on your laptop at the same time; it attracts pests! But if you need to clean it, there are a couple of things you can try. You can carefully open it and vacuum them out with a hose attachment. If you're feeling risky, you could seal the laptop in a bag and leave it for a week, but you'd still need to open it to clean afterwards. Just make sure not to turn it on until it's completely cleaned!
Try sealing the laptop in a plastic bag and putting it in the freezer for a day or two. It can help get rid of the ants before you try to clean it.
I doubt many repair shops would take on this kind of job. I used to do repairs on the side, and I always worried about getting infested systems. It's a risky situation for them, so I'd say it's best to check directly with the shop.
Honestly, if I owned a repair shop, I wouldn't take on something like this unless I had a specific way to treat it first, like fogging it. It's just too risky otherwise.
Good point! They might have protocols for accepting items in that condition.
