Can Thermal Paste Be Modified to Create a Cooling Spray for Laptops?

Hey everyone! I'm curious about how thermal paste works. I've been wondering if it's possible to mix it with another substance to create something paint-like that could be sprayed on smaller devices, like laptops, to help them stay cool. Since they often lack the space for traditional cooling solutions, I thought this could be a game-changer! I'm not an engineer or inventor, so I just wanted to see if this idea is viable, and maybe if someone could pick it up and run with it! Then, I could find it locally at a store like Walmart.

Thermal paste is designed to enhance heat transfer between high-temperature components and their respective coolers. Just to clarify, applying it directly to components without proper heat sinks wouldn’t provide meaningful cooling benefits for a laptop.
