I'm planning to upgrade my eight-year-old computer to get better performance for games like Ashes of Creation, WoW, Clair Obscur Expedition 33, and Arc Raiders. I want this new build to last and eventually donate my old PC. I'm looking for some feedback on my new build from the community, especially to save some money or avoid any poor-quality parts. I know I still need to add a few more case fans too. Here are my old and new builds for comparison.

I'm curious why you went with that Intel CPU? Generally, people don't prefer it for gaming unless they're building a workstation. What resolution are you aiming for? Also, do you really need 64GB of RAM? Usually, 32GB should suffice.
You might be spending too much on your current components, and I generally suggest going with AMD CPUs for gaming rather than Intel. Check out this alternative build I put together; it offers similar performance for a better price. Trust me, it's much more cost-effective!
I totally agree with you! This alternative build is way better value and still performs excellently for gaming.
Wow, thanks for sharing this! I’ve always leaned towards Intel and Nvidia, but your recommendations are super helpful. You've saved me some cash!
Everything seems solid to me! I'm not too familiar with that power supply brand, so I'd suggest considering other options like the ROG Thor II Platinum for a bit less. Also, why go for the 14th gen Intel instead of the newer architecture? Is budget a concern?
I opted for a powerful PSU to ensure I have enough power for future upgrades. The ROG Thor II Platinum looks good, but it's also pricier than what I chose. Thanks for your input!
This current build isn't the best. I put together a budget-friendly option that’s not only cheaper but gives much better gaming performance. You could even drop to a less expensive graphics card without losing much quality! By switching to an AMD CPU, you’re already making a huge upgrade for gaming.
Thanks for these suggestions! I have a couple of follow-ups: why should I prefer a traditional cooler over an AIO liquid cooler? I thought the latter could improve performance and lifespan of my CPU.
Your new suggestions look great, I see why the AMD CPU is preferred. Looks like I might need to switch from my Intel comfort zone.

My goal is ideally 4K, but I can settle for lower. 32GB would do fine for now, but I was considering future-proofing with the 64GB since some MMOs can be RAM-heavy.
