I recently bought a PC from my office, which is currently running a Hackintosh OS. I'm trying to format it and install Windows, but I'm having trouble accessing the BIOS. Whenever I press F2 or DEL during startup, it just shows a blank black screen and automatically boots into the Hackintosh. I heard that in Windows, you can hold Shift and restart to access the BIOS, but is there a similar method for mac? My goal is to get into the BIOS or the boot menu to format the drive properly.

Remember, you don't need to access the BIOS just to format! Try inserting the Windows flash drive directly; it should give you an option to format the disk before proceeding with the installation. Make sure you choose the boot menu correctly to boot from the flash drive!
Since you're using a Hackintosh, just keep in mind that traditional BIOS might not apply here. You probably should focus on accessing the boot menu instead of the BIOS. Normally you can try hitting F8 during startup to select your boot device and hopefully boot from your Windows flash drive. If that doesn't work, consider unplugging your current system drive to see if you can access the BIOS that way!
First off, what's the motherboard model? That info can help! If you're not sure, you might need to open your PC to check, but sometimes you can see it through a glass panel if it's a gaming setup. Got a chance to peek?
