I'm having some trouble with my Lenovo v15 Gen 2 laptop running Windows 11. It was initially set up for password-less login, but after making some changes using O&O ShutUp and WinUtil, I'm now stuck. I created a restore point before applying the recommended settings in O&O ShutUp, but upon restarting, I got stuck at the 'Hello' screen, which led me to a password prompt that I can't bypass. My usual passwords, including the Admin one, aren't working.
I've also tried various recovery options like 'Startup Repair' and 'System Restore,' but neither seems to work; the former couldn't repair my PC, and the latter can't find any restore points.
When attempting to access Safe Mode through the startup settings, the system just reverts to the login screen. Using the Command Prompt shows no files on my C: drive, including the O&O ShutUp software I need to restore settings. I have a system recovery USB, but it doesn't seem to provide any options beyond what's available in the built-in recovery tools.
Can anyone help me solve this login issue and advise on how to regain access to my laptop?

It sounds like you're in a tough spot. From my experience, using debloat tools like O&O can sometimes change registry keys that mess up login processes. Since you can't access your laptop, you might need to consider reinstalling the OS. Just make sure you back up any important files if you can access them with a recovery USB or another method first.
O&O ShutUp is typically safe, but I'm not sure about WinUtil. If you suspect it caused the changes, I'd recommend reverting any settings or testing without it in the future. You might want to try reaching out to their support for more tailored help.
