Can’t Access Router Settings to Change Wi-Fi Password

I'm having trouble with my router (cbn CH6643E) because I want to change the Wi-Fi password from the default, but I can't access the router's settings. When I try to connect to 192.168.0.1, it doesn't send any data. The router provides connections through Ethernet and Wi-Fi, but I'm stuck since I can't change the password or even access the settings. Any suggestions or solutions? Thanks for your help!

Check the bottom of your router; there may be a sticker with the username and password. If you can't find that, look through the manual for instructions on how to do a factory reset.

I appreciate the suggestions! But just to clarify, I'm not looking for the default login details since I can't access the settings at all.

Make sure you're using the correct IP address for your router settings. You can check your default gateway by running 'ipconfig' in Command Prompt. That will tell you the correct address to access the router.

Are you able to browse the internet using that Wi-Fi? If so, try opening the Command Prompt and typing 'ipconfig' to check the default gateway. It might help you get into the router settings.
