I recently upgraded my older Lenovo laptop to Windows 11. After dealing with a few issues, I ran some commands in the command prompt, including 'sfc /scannow' and 'dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth'. I also executed 'chkdsk /f /r'. However, now I'm stuck on the lock screen where I can't enter my PIN. The PIN entry box is visible, but it won't let me type anything. I can't even access the accessibility options or my power options to boot into safe mode. Any suggestions?

Make sure to double-check that your data backups are up to date before making any further changes to your setup. It’s a good practice in case things go sideways. If you're considering BIOS adjustments or anything like that, backup first!
It might be worth trying an external keyboard or mouse. Sometimes the drivers for the internal ones can get messed up during upgrades. If you can interact with your device using an external keyboard or mouse, it could help you get past the lock screen issues.
