I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC. Whenever I turn it on, I can't type my password because the input bar freezes. On top of that, my mouse cursor isn't visible; I can see options when I right-click, but I can't find the cursor itself. I've tried holding the power button to restart the PC, but that hasn't worked. I'm also unable to use any commands to fix it. Is this possibly a virus, or could it be something else?
