Caught a Trojan? Am I Safe Now?

I recently downloaded something from 4download and ended up with a Trojan called 'doplik' messing with my system. Microsoft Defender flagged it, and I managed to quarantine everything using Malwarebytes, which then cleared it all out. I did some research and got some help, but now I'm wondering if I'm in the clear. I changed all my passwords just to be safe since the Trojan was on my PC for about three hours. Do you think I'm okay now? If anyone has experience with this or advice, I would really appreciate it!

The Doplik virus is a notorious Trojan that can cause a lot of damage, like stealing files and logging keystrokes. Symptoms include issues with your network settings and administration commands getting locked. It's great you used Malwarebytes, but here are a few steps to ensure your safety: run Rkill to stop any malicious processes, use AdwCleaner for detecting malware, and try the ESET Online Scanner for a second opinion. Remember to keep your antivirus updated and periodically scan your system.

I just ran rkill and AdwCleaner is doing its thing now. Rkill didn't find anything except a couple of 'Reparse Point/Junctions.' Looks like they were legit!

Definitely run a full deep scan with Windows Defender as a precaution, and double-check with Malwarebytes again. Also, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your accounts if you haven't yet. A fresh Windows install is an option if you're really worried, but you might be fine without going that far.
