Checking My PC Parts List Before Purchase

I'm getting ready to buy parts for a new PC build and want to make sure everything looks good before I click that 'buy' button. My budget is around £1,200, and I'll primarily be playing CPU-intensive games. I shared my parts list here: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/Z4yb3w. Does anything on this list need to be changed or upgraded?

What games are you planning to play? You mentioned CPU-heavy games, but I noticed you're going for the 9800X3D with a 9060 XT. That seems like a hefty investment just for the CPU side.

I'm mainly interested in Football Manager. Based on some benchmarks I found, the 9800X3D is a bit quicker at processing than the 7800X3D for heavier tasks. They're considered the best for gaming, even though some Intel CPUs perform better for Football Manager specifically. I'd like to get Battlefield too and want enough power for other games down the road.
