Hey everyone! I'm building my first PC and I'm stuck deciding between the RTX 4060 and the RX 7600XT. Also, I have a couple of questions: how useful are DLSS and ray tracing for gaming? And what's the deal with AMD's FSR? Is it any good or not? I'd really appreciate your thoughts on this!

I’d recommend waiting a bit for the upcoming 9060XT/5060 releases. They should be out soon, and if they fit within your budget, they might be a better option!
DLSS is definitely useful for smoother gameplay, while ray tracing can really eat into performance, so it's worth considering that. As for AMD FSR, the 3.1 version isn't great, but 4.0 is much better—though it's only available on the newest cards.
Got it, thanks for the clarification!
Don't just focus on the GPU; consider your resolution. Are you going for 1080p or 1440p? Your monitor choice matters too. Higher FPS or locked 60 FPS? The CPU is also important. Both GPUs you mentioned might soon be outdated, so keep an eye on the new releases. If you're running low-end gear, ray tracing will be taxing. But an NVIDIA card with DLSS at 1080 or some titles at 1440p will perform better overall. Personally, I'd suggest getting an AM4 motherboard, a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, and a 5060TI with 16GB.
I'm still focused on the Ryzen 7 5800X for now, but I'm open to looking at new GPUs if they fit my budget.
CPU I chose is the Ryzen 7 5800X and my budget is around $877 (75k INR). I'm hoping the new GPUs come in under my budget too.
