Choosing Between Two DDR5 RAM Kits: ADATA vs. Patriot

I'm looking to buy a 32GB DDR5 RAM kit with CL30, specifically comparing the ADATA XPG Lancer AX5U6000C3016G-DCLABK and the Patriot Viper Venom PVV532G600C30K. The XPG has timings of 30-40-40, while the Venom also lists 30-40-40-76. The ADATA is about 30 euros cheaper, but I'm wondering if there's a significant difference between the two. Any insights?

I read that the ADATA kit actually has the same timings as noted by some reviews, so performance-wise, you shouldn't notice a big difference. I'd say save the cash and go for the ADATA if you like it!

Both RAM kits look pretty similar, and it seems their timings are actually identical. I’d recommend checking out the aesthetics or just going for the cheaper option. It sounds like they could even be using the same memory chips!

Totally agree! It might just come down to which brand you trust more or if you prefer one look over the other.

If you're just looking at performance without worrying about looks, I'd lean towards the ADATA since it's cheaper. But if you like features or aesthetics of the Patriot more, it could still be worth it!

Exactly! Sometimes it’s just about what you like more visually.
