I'm exploring automation solutions that can connect various systems like Salesforce, Service Now, and SAP ECC while also incorporating AI capabilities. I'm particularly interested in insights from anyone who has experience building similar automations using Azure AI Foundry. I'd love to hear a comparison between Azure AI Foundry and Workato, along with other options like Make.com, MuleSoft, and Boomi. Which platform do you think would allow for quicker, more stable implementation and offer scalable solutions?

In my experience, I would strongly recommend against using MuleSoft for any projects. It's just not worth the hassle you might encounter with it.
As someone in the Microsoft Foundry product team, I want to clarify that Azure AI Foundry isn't primarily an automation platform but rather an enterprise AI developer platform that's aimed at being scalable. Depending on your organization's relationship with Microsoft, your experience might vary. We offer flexibility with either managed services or customizable options built on Azure's infrastructure. Integration into existing workflows can be straightforward, especially if you're comfortable with coding.
I had a similar issue with deployment! Would love to hear how you handle model deployment if you figure that out.

Can you elaborate on your reasoning? I've heard mixed reviews about it.
