I recently ran into some issues after changing the fan speed settings in my BIOS. Last year, I had an older graphics card, the 2060, and there were some minor cooling problems, so a friend suggested I tweak the fan speeds in the BIOS and set the EZ tuning to 'fast,' which worked fine. However, after upgrading to an RTX 5070 for Christmas, I remembered to switch the fan speeds back to normal settings today. Since then, my computer crashes whenever I try to load anything. I've encountered several error codes, such as Oxc0000001, OxBE, Oxc0000098, Oxc0000221, and OxA. I've also tried reinstalling Windows, but that didn't help either. I even removed the motherboard battery to reset it, but nothing seems to work. Any advice?

When you swapped in the new GPU, was everything running fine before today? If the old 2060 still works without issues, then it could either be a power supply problem or the new GPU might have some issues. Just a thought—sometimes the PSU can't handle the new GPU's power needs, so keep that in mind.
Make sure you're providing enough power to your new GPU. If you're running into crashes, it might be worth double-checking your power supply capacibility. Also, did you try booting with the GPU removed to see if the computer runs without crashing?
First thing I'd recommend is checking if your BIOS is updated to the latest version. Sometimes outdated BIOS can lead to compatibility issues, especially after hardware changes. You might also want to reset the BIOS settings to the default values to start fresh and troubleshoot better.
