I've been monitoring my activity on my Microsoft account and recently spotted a successful login from an unfamiliar device. The IP address (109.243.65.152) doesn't belong to any of my devices and it reportedly accessed my account from a Windows device using Edge. The location shown was within my country, which makes it even more puzzling. I've already changed my password and activated additional safety measures, yet I noticed that the same device logged in again yesterday. Strangely, Microsoft hasn't flagged this as unusual behavior, and I'm not receiving any safety alerts either. Everything else on my account seems fine. I'm curious if anyone has insights into this situation.

That IP address actually links back to a Polish ISP. I'd strongly recommend setting up multi-factor authentication if you haven't done so already, and consider using an authenticator app for added security. Also, you may want to revoke all current sessions to see if it triggers another login attempt.

I've done all that, but it still logged in again. Should I be really worried, or could it just be some issue on Windows' end?
