Hey all! I'm completely new to Linux and have mostly used Mac for the last few years. I've been thinking about making the switch to Linux and have a few questions:
1. How easy is it to navigate around Linux for beginners?
2. Would it be better to buy a laptop with Linux already installed, or is it more cost-effective to buy a Windows/Mac laptop and install Linux myself? If I go the latter route, how tough is that?
3. If purchasing new is the way to go, which budget-friendly laptops come with Linux pre-installed?
4. Lastly, between Ubuntu and Mint, which one would you recommend for a complete beginner?
