I've been having a real problem with my Control Panel ever since I installed the Video DownloadHelper CoApp. It's not showing the status, date modified, and type for all programs, and for most of them, it's missing the size information too. I've already tried uninstalling the CoApp, rebooting multiple times, and running the 'sfc scannow' command, but nothing has worked so far. Does anyone have ideas on how to fix this?

Try this: press Win + R to open the Run dialog, then type in 'services.msc'. Look for 'Windows Management Instrumentation', right-click on it, and select 'Restart'. After that, check your Control Panel again and see if the Programs and Features section displays correctly. If that doesn’t work, try opening Command Prompt as an Administrator and run these commands: 'net stop winmgmt' followed by 'winmgmt /resetrepository', and then reboot your system.
I’ve got the same app installed and haven't had any issues, so I'm guessing you might not have downloaded it from the official source. Have you considered doing a system restore to a point before you installed the CoApp? That might help getting things back to normal.
