I've been accessing my bank accounts across three devices: my work computer, my home computer, and my phone. Ten days ago, I received an alert that my bank account was locked due to security concerns. After running Malwarebytes, both computers showed some spyware, which I ended up fixing. However, just last Friday, I got a notification that someone attempted to log into my account. I promptly changed my password. Then yesterday, I found out that someone managed to add themselves to my account and transfer money out, without triggering 2FA since it came from a recognized device. I can't pinpoint which device it was. Despite running thorough virus scans on both computers after the incident, they came back clean. Given this situation, could there still be a way that my computer was accessed even after the spyware was removed?

If you've really got concerns about malware, I recommend wiping your drives and doing a fresh OS install. Even experts find it hard to guarantee complete removal of malware.
I doubt you can be completely sure that the spyware is entirely gone. It would be best to back up your important data and perform a complete OS reinstall on both computers. I don't think your phone would be the likely source of the breach unless you've been using it for some questionable stuff.
What exactly was the process for removing the spyware? You mentioned that nothing was detected later, so how did you fix the issue? Also, do you use a password manager? If so, your credentials could have been compromised that way.
