I'm curious if my RM650x power supply is bottlenecking my PC performance. I usually get around 120 fps in most games, but I've been playing CS2 and TF2 and feel like I should be getting better frames. Recently, I started playing Death Stranding, and it struggles to maintain 60 fps. Escape from Tarkov also doesn't run well, although I believe that's due to its optimization issues. Could my power supply be the culprit? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Your power supply is unlikely to cause throttling unless it completely fails. If it wasn't supplying enough power, your PC would likely just shut off instead of managing frame rates. Make sure to check your temperatures and resource usage while gaming.

True, I've only had my PC shut down once when I was running Ableton with a lot of plugins. But I'm getting much better frames now, thanks for the help!
