Could This Be Malware Causing My Screen Issues?

Hey everyone, I'm having a strange issue with my computer. Out of nowhere, my screen is showing this white static. I don't think there's any physical damage since the computer seems to be running fine otherwise. I can't access the task manager or download any software to help because of the white screen. I've tried resetting my graphics card and ran an MRT scan using my keyboard, but nothing has worked so far. I suspect it might be malware, but it's tricky to explain since I can't show you a picture of the problem. Any suggestions would be super helpful! Thanks!

This sounds more like a problem with your graphics card or display. If you connect your laptop to a monitor or TV via HDMI, does the issue persist? If not, it might be your laptop's screen that's failing.

If you're worried about malware, I'd recommend checking out some malware removal guides. However, white static usually isn't a sign of malware. It might be more of a hardware issue. Have you tried uploading a picture of the problem somewhere like Imgur? It could help others give you better advice.

Have you tried using different HDMI or display cables? Sometimes a faulty cable can cause display issues like this.

I didn't mention it before, but I'm using a laptop.
