For the past few years, I've been struggling with annoying micro stutters in my games, and it's especially noticeable in Red Dead Redemption 2. Initially, I thought it was screen tearing, but I've tried adjusting all the sync options available to me, and nothing seems to help. I'm using an LG Ultragear 27GR95QE OLED monitor with GSYNC and have played around with adaptive sync, but turning it off didn't change anything either. I've also tweaked my Nvidia settings, trying both normal and fast vsync, and adjusted in-game settings with no luck. I'm really at my wit's end and hoping someone here can suggest a solution. Here are my specs: AMD RYZEN 9 5900X 12-Core, GeForce RTX 3080 Ti, and 32GB DDR4. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Have you considered updating your BIOS? There have been reports about an old TPM bug that could be causing these issues. You might want to check this out for a possible fix.
I haven't updated my BIOS yet since I'm not really sure how to do it! Maybe I should look up a tutorial or something.
