Dealing with Unbearable Stuttering on My 9070XT Build

I've built a powerful gaming PC, but I'm experiencing severe stuttering issues in most of my games even though my framerate is generally high. The games I'm having trouble with include popular titles like Warhammer 40k Darktide, Helldivers 2, Diablo 4, and Battlefield 6, among others. I've tried numerous fixes like updating my BIOS, reinstalling drivers with DDU, turning off power-saving features, and adjusting various settings like PCIe speeds and Frame Generation. My setup includes an Asrock Challenger 9070XT GPU, a 9800X3D CPU, and 4x24 G.Skill DDR5 memory, all purchased within the last year. Unfortunately, I can't afford to replace the GPU, so I'm reaching out for any advice to resolve this stuttering issue.

Before you consider getting a new GPU, make sure to check if your GPU is fully utilized during gameplay. It's unusual for a 9800X3D to bottleneck a 9070 XT unless there's another limiting factor. Also, keep an eye on the temperatures of your components — are they within the normal range? You didn't mention your cooler, which could be significant. And how's your case airflow? If it's restricted, that might lead to thermal throttling.

Actually, I'm using a Be Quiet full-size case with great airflow and a 360mm AIO cooler for the CPU. The GPU stays under 65C during max load, so I don't think it's a cooling issue.

Yeah, it could be something unrelated to heat. Just remember that GPUs can sometimes underperform due to software or driver issues. Make sure you have everything up to date!
