I recently moved my desktop computer from the living room, where it was close to the router, into my own room. Now it struggles to identify and connect to my wifi network, even though my laptop and phone work perfectly fine from the same spot. They're showing full bars, and my laptop is set up with the same security settings as my desktop. I've tried various solutions like restarting my computer, flushing the DNS, resetting network settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the WiFi driver, and rebooting the router and modem, but nothing seems to help. I've even moved the desktop around my desk to find a better signal, but I'm still facing these issues. Any advice would be appreciated!

Have you checked if the antennas on your WiFi card are properly connected? Sometimes a loose connection can cause these types of issues. If they’re secure, you might want to look into the BIOS settings to see if anything was inadvertently changed during your move.
If you’re detecting other networks but not yours, and since your other devices connect fine, it could be a driver issue despite being updated. You might want to uninstall the WiFi driver completely and let Windows reinstall it automatically. Sometimes the latest driver can have bugs.
