So, I accidentally removed my GPU without first disabling the PCIe lock. I used it for about an hour afterward, and everything seemed fine, but I could feel the whole case bending as I pulled it out since I applied a lot of pressure. I thought I had disabled the lock, but it turns out I didn't. I'm really worried because it's a 5090, which is basically my prized possession! Could there be any potential damage?

Honestly, spending that much on a GPU and not knowing how to remove it properly is a bit wild. Just make sure you're careful next time!
I totally get that, but I've built three PCs before, so I thought I knew what I was doing!
