Hey everyone! I'm excited to finally build my first PC and need some feedback on the components I've purchased. My main goal is to use it for my studies in advertising, particularly for programs like Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut. Plus, I want to play games and learn programs like Blender and After Effects since my laptop is on its last leg. Here's what I got along with the prices converted to dollars (I'm from Peru):
- **Processor:** Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF (3.4GHz / 5.2GHz), 14 Cores - **$346** (no cooler included)
- **Motherboard:** ASUS TUF Gaming B860M-PLUS WIFI - **$265**
- **RAM:** 2x XPG Lancer Blade 16GB DDR5 - **$534** (total 32GB)
- **Storage:** 1TB Kingston NV3 SSD - **$174**
- **Case:** DeepCool CC560 Mesh V2 White Edition - **$83** (no power supply)
- **Graphics Card:** Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 8GB - **$603**
- **Monitors:** 2x LG 24-inch 144Hz - **$197**
- **Liquid Cooling:** DeepCool LE240 V2 - **$86**
- **Power Supply:** DeepCool PN750M 750W - **$117**
I can't share pictures, but I'm wondering if these were good choices or if I totally messed up. I spent quite a bit, so I'm hoping for some positive feedback! Thanks a ton!

It looks like some of your prices are a bit steep. Ideally, for photo and video editing, you might have wanted 1440p or even 4k monitors. The RTX 5060 Ti with 8GB could be a bottleneck for gaming, so consider upgrading if you plan on gaming more seriously. Plus, a 240mm AIO cooler might not be necessary; you could get similar performance from a larger air cooler at a better price. Also, think about additional storage for your projects!
Yeah, I agree with PixelPirate87 on the GPU and monitors. You might want to keep an eye out for deals on a better graphics card in the future!
You've definitely spent more than you would in the US, which is just the way things are right now due to tariffs and the market. Try to enjoy your build without stressing too much about the cost; what's done is done!
Thanks! Yeah, I've heard about the RAM shortages because of the AI hype, and now it's all done, so I just have to live with it, haha.
You could have opted for a more straightforward motherboard and gone with a good air cooler instead of the AIO. In that way, you could have improved your GPU without overspending!

Hey! I'm not from the US, and all these parts are imported, which explains the higher prices. I guess I'll have to upgrade my monitors in the future. I didn't go for the 16GB GPU because this is my first time gaming, so I thought the 8GB would be fine. I might end up upgrading sooner than I planned, thanks for the input!
