I recently upgraded my graphics card from a 2060 to a 5070 Ti. Before I installed the new GPU, I uninstalled the old one through the Device Manager in Windows but kept the Nvidia drivers. Once I plugged in the 5070 Ti, it automatically installed new drivers, and everything seems to be working fine. However, I'm wondering if I should use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to remove any remnants of the old 2060 drivers, or if I can just leave it as is since the new card is functioning correctly.

Since both cards run on the same driver version, the 576.88, there's really no reason to bother with DDU.
In your case, you really don't need to worry about it. If the 5070 Ti is performing well and you aren't experiencing any glitches, then you’re all set!
It's generally a good idea to use DDU for peace of mind, especially if you're concerned about any leftover driver files. But if everything's running smoothly for you, it's not a must.
Using DDU isn't strictly necessary, but it can help avoid any potential issues in the future. Personally, I've swapped out several Nvidia cards and never had to use DDU, and I've been fine each time.
